Welcome to Stonehaven Place

Stonehaven Place is a neighborhood of 204 homes located on the northwest corner of Stonehaven Drive and Coit Road in Plano, Texas. Our homeowners association is voluntary (VHOA) and was formed in the summer of 2000. Our community benefits overall when you become a member of the VHOA. Join the VHOA community

Why is the VHOA Important?

The Stonehaven Place VHOA was formed so all 204 homes could participate and come together as neighbors to take care of our own community and preserve our property values.

Our VHOA pays for the maintenance of the common areas, including the landscaping at the three entrances (Coit, Aldenham and Preston Meadow) and the grass bordering the neighborhood. Register or renew your membership

We Don't Want This to Happen!

The Stonehaven Place VHOA collects the funds needed to pay for our grounds maintenance. Without this, maintenance of our common areas and entrances to our community will be taken over the by the City of Plano at a reduced level that is detrimental to the resale value of your home.

This means no watering, no fertilizing, no maintenance of the beds, no flowers, no annual care! The city will mow every 3 to 4 weeks only because of the limitations on manpower and funding.

Let's keep our curb appeal! Please think of this when you are trying to sell your home and when prospective buyers are driving into our development and passing through the entrances.
